It does not matter whether a benign change (e.g. a fatty lump<strong>(lipoma<\/strong>), a cyst<strong>(atheroma<\/strong>), a skin appendage<strong>(fibroma<\/strong>)), a birthmark or another malignant skin change needs to be removed. <b>remove malignant skin changes<\/b> using so-called micrographically controlled surgery (3D surgery).<\/p>\n<p>The skin lesion (e.g. white skin cancer) is completely removed using a special incision technique in which three-dimensional edges are visualized in two-dimensional histological sections.<\/p>\n<p>With this technique, the recurrence rate (recurrence of the tumor) is &gt;0.9 %.
